How will I receive my order?
eVouchers will be sent to the email address you provided as soon as the purchase has been completed. eVouchers may take up to 24 hours to activate for redemption after purchase.
How many products can I buy online in one transaction?
There is no maximum capacity on the number of products you can purchase in one transaction, however there is a maximum spend of $5000 per transaction.
If you wish to spend more than this amount, please do so in multiple purchases or alternatively, send an email to our sales team at [email protected].
I need to make a corporate purchase. How can I buy in bulk?
For bulk purchases of 50 or more items, please email our Corporate Sales team at [email protected]. Please be advised that discounts will only apply for purchases greater than 100 cinema vouchers.
What is the expiry date on the products?
Gift eVoucher expiry dates are printed on physical vouchers and eVouchers. In general eVouchers and Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years and Screen Savers are valid for six months from date of purchase. Gift Vouchers, eVouchers and Screen Savers are valid for one admission only, and the voucher is to be surrendered at the ticket box in exchange for a cinema ticket.Gift Cards and Experience cards will have an expiry date or issue date printed near the barcode of each product. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue OR until the last day in the month for cards that display an expiry date or until a $0 balance is reached.
Promotional eVouchers and Gift Cards are subject to Terms and Conditions that are specific to the offer. Please check the specific Terms and Conditions as well as the expiry date on promotional items for further information.
Where can the products be redeemed?
Please check the terms and conditions of each individual product for full details as they can vary.Gift Cards with a monetary value loaded on them can only be redeemed at Village Cinemas locations: VIC - Airport West, Bendigo, Century City Walk, Coburg Drive-In, Crown, Doncaster, Fountain Gate, Geelong, Jam Factory, Karingal, Knox, Morwell, Plenty Valley, Rivoli Cinemas, Shepparton, Southland, Sunshine and Werribee; NSW - Albury; TAS - Eastlands, Glenorchy, Hobart and Launceston. Gift Cards can be used to purchase tickets, Candy Bar items, Gold Class tickets and food and beverages, but cannot be used to purchase other prepaid products such as Gift Cards, Vouchers or Screen Savers.Gift Vouchers and Screen Savers can be redeemed at any branded Village Cinemas, Greater Union or Birch Carroll & Coyle Gold Class cinema locations. They are not valid for Movie Marathons or Special Events. Please check the individual product for the full terms and conditions that relate to a specific product.
Gold Class Experience Packs, Traditional Experience Packs, Family Pack, Kids Pack, Drive In voucher, Vjunior and Vpremium vouchers can only be redeemed at the relevant Village Cinemas locations in Victoria and Tasmania. What methods of payment do you accept online?
We accept Visa & MasterCard credit or debit cards, as well as Paypal and Pay in 4.
How can I make a booking using products purchased online?
Our online ticketing system accepts Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers as a method of payment. You will need to type in the card or voucher number and the pin, which is the four digit number located under the scratch panel on the reverse of the Gift Card, or the three digit number underneath the scratch panel next to the barcode on a Gift Voucher.
Alternatively, you can visit the cinema in person to redeem your vouchers and gift cards for tickets or snacks at the Candy Bar.
Once a purchase has been confirmed, can I make changes to my order or get a refund?
No. All gift products sold online are done so on a no refund, return or cancellation basis. You must agree to these conditions before you make your purchase. Please ensure you select your gift products carefully at the time of purchase so no problems arise.

What is the difference between a Gift Voucher and a Gift Card?
A Gift Voucher is to the value of a specific ticket type, or gift experience vouchers can include multiple items (eg. one barcode for tickets and one barcode for food and beverage).
However a Gift Card has a monetary value that is determined by the giftee. It can be used to redeem multiple tickets or food and drinks up to the value identified on the gift card.
